		<description>Being in business is really tough especially when you are relying on the people to come to you. Finding ways to go out to where the people are is a good way to get your name and product out there. Participating in events where people can try your product, outside catering events, taking orders and having delivery to businesses etc. Like you people will go out of their way to get good food and good service but they have to know you exist first.</description>

Sales is an intimate process and if you get the mix wrong at the start well you either have to work really hard for the sale or let them go. 

When you are empathetic to the customer you generally get the real story and can satisfy a need within.
