Trent Leyshan founded BOOM! Sales in 2007, as MD, lead consultant and facilitator he combines his unique experiences in business, rigorous research and new insights, with fresh delivery methods that inspire action and lasting change.
Early in his career, he was the national sales manager and head spruiker at Big Kev’s. Under the guidance of his mentor Kevin McQuay (Big Kev) Australia’s most flamboyant TV sales personality, he learned and developed his sales and public speaking skills. Trent has since led sales teams in award winning Advertising and digital agencies and driven two of his own companies from lounge-room operations into industry leaders.
Today, he partners with some of the world’s most successful organisations, clients have included: NAB, EnergyAustralia, Woolworths, AGL, PETstock, Carsales.com.au, Bank of Melbourne, JCB, TripADeal, Crown Resorts, Western Bulldogs FC, and Lexus to name a few. He’s the author of Outlaw and The Naked Salesman, a sought after speaker and regular contributor to various media. His greatest work are his three beautiful Children.
Kellie Smith is our Director of Strategy, joining BOOM! Sales in 2013.
In Kellie’s previous role, she spent several years as a member of the leadership team at The Academy, National Australia Bank where she was responsible for building the enterprise wide Career & Development framework, infrastructure and tools along with long-term running leadership development, career development programs.
Kellie has been described as an influential business leader, a true capability professional who enables and empowers her people. Kellie has worked with organisations including; Medibank, National Australia Bank, Holden, Qantas, ANZ, Infosys, Exxon Mobile, State Trustees, Australian Conservation Foundation, and Leighton Holdings. She has facilitated training programs across Australia and Asia.
