Trent Leyshan founded BOOM! in 2007. As lead consultant and facilitator he partners with some of Australia's and the world’s most dynamic and demanding sales and service driven companies. Clients include the National Australia Bank, Symbion Health, American Banknote, CSR, Qantas and Crown Casino, to name a few.
Leyshan combines his unique experiences in business, rigorous research and new insights — with fresh, interactive delivery methods that inspire action and lasting change in behaviour. Early in his career, he was head spruiker and national sales manager at Big Kev's. Under the guidance of mentor Kevin McQuay (Big Kev) Australia's most flamboyant TV sales personality, he learned and developed his sales and public speaking skills.
Trent has led sales teams in award winning advertising and digital agencies. He has driven two of his own companies from lounge-room operations into industry leaders. He is the author of The Naked Salesman. A weekly expert writer on SmartCompany for several years, he's also a sought after keynote speaker and regularly contributor to various media on sales, customer service and business performance.

Morry Morgan, Sales & Marketing Director China
Australian born Morry Morgan moved to Shanghai in 2001. He is the co-founder of ‘ClarkMorgan Corporate Training,’ founded China's largest bi-lingual human resources magazine ‘Network HR,’ and published ‘Selling Big to China — Negotiating Principles for the World's Largest Market.’
In 2009, in the height of the Global Financial Crisis, Morry created Spark09, China’s largest innovation conference at the Shanghai World Financial Centre, with 19 international thought leaders. This was repeated in Hong Kong and Beijing the same year.
Morry is a sales and negotiation corporate trainer and coach, and speaks at China and international conferences on China-centric business challenges. Morry is critical to BOOM!'s ongoing development in China and Asia region. Based in Shanghai Morry leads BOOM! marketing and sales training & development initiatives.

Kellie Smith, Head of Organisational Development & Business Partnering
Kellie has 12 years experience specialising in Organisational Development and Change Management leadership & consulting. Prior to joining BOOM! she held senior leadership roles at National Australia Bank as Head of Capability Development & Engagement, Head of Capability Strategy, and Leadership & Talent Manager.
Kellie takes an outcomes focused approach to designing and implementing people change initiatives in order to facilitate strategic business goals. She has been extensively involved in designing change management and capability development frameworks and strategies, including career development frameworks, infrastructure & tools, learning & development initiatives and business engagement and marketing strategies.
Kellie leads with insights, ensuring her consultation is not only business needs driven but begins with bringing critical and valuable information to the table.
